The Office of Praxedes Advocacia e Assessoria Jurídica obtained a suspensive effect on the injunction granted in an Action for Reintegration of Possession, which determined the removal of a family with 3 (three) minor children. The Interlocutory Appeal was filed in the 2nd Chamber of Private Law of the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará. According to the noble Judge: "there was no unforeseen and urgent need to authorize the immediate resumption of the property".

INJUNCTION GRANTED SUSPENDING EXTRAJUDICIAL AUCTION OF A FAMILY PROPERTY

The Office of Praxedes Advocacia e Assessoria Jurídica was successful in granting an injunction that prevented a family from having their property auctioned due to delays in the installments. The urgent preliminary injunction was granted by the Court of the 38th Civil Court of the District of Fortaleza: "Therefore, I grant the requested injunction, determining that the promoted party informs the auctioneer in order to withdraw the public offer of the property discussed in the case file".
